Just a crew of gearheads who got tired of shops cutting corners on performance work.
That's not just some tagline we made up - it's literally what we do every single day.
Look, I'm not gonna feed you some corporate origin story about "passion" and "dreams." Here's what actually happened - back in 2018, a few of us were working at different shops around Toronto, and we kept seeing the same thing: customers getting charged premium prices for half-done work, ECU tunes that were basically copy-paste jobs, and diagnostics that stopped at "check engine light's on."
We'd grab beers after work and complain about it. Eventually someone said "why don't we just do it ourselves?" So we did.
Started in a smaller bay, just three of us and a laptop with tuning software we'd scraped together money to license properly. No shortcuts, no guessing. If we didn't know something, we'd figure it out before touching a customer's ride. Word got around that we actually knew what we were doing, and here we are.
Performance tuning, turbo installs, suspension work - basically anything that makes your car go faster, stop harder, or handle better. We've got the equipment and know-how to back it up.
Promise you 50hp from an intake and exhaust. Tune your car without a proper dyno session. Rush a job because you want it done yesterday. Quality takes time, and we're not about to trash our reputation for a quick buck.
The important stuff, minus the fluff.
Opened shop with three guys, one lift, and way too much coffee. First customer was my buddy's Civic - figured if we messed it up, he couldn't legally sue us. We didn't mess it up.
Invested in a proper dyno. Game changer. No more guessing, no more "feels fast." Started getting European imports through the door - people trusted us with their $80k builds.
Moved to the current spot on Industrial Drive. Three bays, proper alignment rack, expanded the team to eight people. Started offering suspension geometry work - because power's useless if you can't put it down.
Yeah, we saw which way the wind was blowing. Got certified for EV performance work. Turns out electric motors are kinda fun to tune - instant torque's a whole different animal.
Still doing what we love. Team's grown, equipment's better, but we're still the same bunch who'd rather spend an extra hour getting it right than rush through it. If you're reading this, come by and check out the shop.
Not gonna lie, we're pretty proud of our setup. Three full bays with proper lifts, a dedicated dyno room, and enough diagnostic equipment to make a dealership jealous.
Everything's climate-controlled because precision work needs consistent temps. We've got separate areas for mechanical work and electronics/tuning - keeps the dust and metal shavings away from the sensitive stuff.
We don't do the whole "meet our rockstar team" thing with headshots and LinkedIn bios. Here's what you need to know - everyone here actually wrenches. No "managers" who haven't turned a bolt in ten years.
Been mapping ECUs for 12 years. Can tune just about anything with a computer in it.
Four guys who've worked on everything from Civics to Ferraris. Red Seal certified.
If you need custom exhaust work or turbo piping, this is your guy. TIG wizard.
Specializes in finding the weird electrical gremlins nobody else can track down.
We don't do loyalty programs or punch cards. People come back because we don't BS them and we fix things right the first time.
Shop's open Monday to Saturday. Come by, grab a coffee, check out whatever's on the lift. We're usually working on something interesting.
