Depends entirely on the platform. Some engines can handle 30-40% more power on stock internals, others are maxed from the factory. We'll look up the known limits for your specific motor and be straight with you about what's safe vs. what's asking for trouble.

For performance tunes, yeah usually. Higher octane lets us run more aggressive timing and boost without knock.
